About FIRST Lego League (FLL)
FLL is a robotics competition aimed at STEM exploration and introductions to engineering principles, such as design and programming. Each year, students are tasked with developing a LEGO robot to meet the game objectives. FLL is made for students in grades 4-8.

January 2023 - June 2024
This is the FLL offseason. During this time, there are no team meetings nor competitions. In mid-July, registration for the new year is completed.
In August, the FLL game is released. From August to December, the team meets weekly to design, build, and program parts to complete the FLL challenge. In December, the team goes to a local competition. If the team performs well enough at the local event, they may qualify for the state-level competition.
